These are the conditions on which Casa e Cucina will supply products to you as a reseller or trade buyer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Product Specifications
You confirm that in ordering items you have relied only on the product descriptions and specifications contained in our collection catalogues and on no other statement or warranty.
2. Minimum Order
Pack sizes are listed for each product and orders will be accepted in multiples of the pack sizes.
Please refer to individual products for this information.
Please contact us if you would like a quote or proforma invoice.
Your order is only confirmed and stock allocated to you upon payment of your final invoice. Please note we are unable to hold stock without payment.
Jeans Decor is all made to order and requires a minimum order of $2000 excluding GST. Please allow 12 weeks lead time.
3. Proof of Eligibility
We will require your trading name, ABN and delivery address to be submitted with your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order if we do not consider you to be a genuine reseller or trade buyer.
4. Payment Terms
Our terms are full payment prior to dispatch. All Payments by credit card will incur a fee equal to the fees charged to us by the provider.
5. Catalogue Items and Special Orders
We hold stock in our Sydney warehouse of items featured in this catalogue, subject to availability of product from our suppliers.
We also offer Indent ordering from our Suppliers for non catalogue items. Please note indent and special orders will require a 50% deposit and will be invoiced and delivered separately.
6. Prices
Our quoted prices are per piece in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST and freight, which is payable in addition by you. The retail price published on our website is the RRP and the minimum we recommend to ensure all resellers of our products are selling for equal value.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you claim that an item has been damaged or found to be defective on delivery then we require you to contact us immediately on receipt, and provide photo evidence of the issue and the packaging. If you are approved for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please refer to specific product information pages for each brand. Please note, items that are handmade or have handmade finishes may vary in size, colour from piece to piece and no two will be identical like machine made items. This is the nature and beauty of selecting a handmade item.
8. Returns
No returns are accepted unless the goods are damaged or defective. Swaps to another colour or different item are not accepted.
Please note:
— Minimum quantities vary for each item and are identified under each SKU.
— Prices quoted are per individual piece ex GST.
— Freight is additional and will be quoted on an order by order basis depending on volume. Freight and handling will be charged at cost.
— We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time to reflect current market conditions and increased supply costs.
— Your order must be in multiples of box/pack sizes.
— We do not provide a drop shipping service.
