Sthal ceramics are safe in the oven up to 200 degrees and can be used in the microwave. Perfect for oven to table cooking.

Civ’ita ceramics can be warmed in the oven and microwave but not suitable for high temperature cooking.
Yes, all the ceramics and Zafferano glassware is dishwasher safe up to 60 degrees. Take care when packing the dishwasher to avoid overcrowding and items hitting together.

No, because the coloured glassware is handmade each piece is unique. Size and shape will vary from piece to piece and so cannot be stacked together when packing away.
All our wine glasses can be washed in the dishwasher up to 60 degrees. Zafferano stemware is high quality ‘pulled stems’ which means the stem is one piece of glass with the bowl.

Polishing Tip: take care when polishing your stemware not to twist the stem and bowl of the glass in opposite directions.

All Chamois products in cotton and linen can be hand washed or machine washed using a short gentle cycle for silk/wool. 30 degrees for tablecloths and 40 degrees for napkins and kitchen towels. All items that are hand block printed should not be soaked for lengthy periods of time and do not use a washing liquid/powder that contains bleach.

Hang in the shade to dry and it is recommended not to tumble dry. Roll your cloths and store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
Wash at maximum 60 degrees with mild detergent that doesn’t contain bleach. Lovely Linens can be tumbled dry on light setting that is not too hot. Take the items out before fully dry and leave to air dry out of the sun. Best not to mix linen with other items as it can leave lint.
Washing linen will leave lint for the first few times. Ironing once will help to reduce the amount of lint.

It is best to roll up linens after washing rather than folding. They will store better like this and not get heavy creasing on fold lines.
Lovely and Misty Linens are meant to have a soft wrinkled appearance and do not need to be ironed. Gentle tumble dry on a light heat setting to achieve the soft wash look. A little wrinkle is a good thing!

All Zafferano lamps are rechargeable and once fully charged will last for at least 9 hours. Even longer if you select a dimmer setting. Recharge overnight and the light will be ready again for the next day.

Sorry our couriers are not able to deliver to a PO box. We require a street address that is suitable for an ATL delivery. If you are not at home the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place.

All orders over $150 within Australia will receive free shipping to a street address where the parcel can be left safely. We use standard courier delivery for all orders.

We take extra care to ensure all orders are carefully packed to avoid breakages. On the rare occasion that you should have a problem with anything damaged upon delivery please contact us immediately and send photos of the item and packaging and we will send a replacement.

If you believe your item is faulty upon arrival. Please contact us immediately and send photos of the item for review.
We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind but if you want to swap your item we are happy to assist. The item must be unused and in the original packaging as sent to you. You will be responsible for freight back to us and for the shipping to return the replacement item to you. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of your order if you intend to request a swap.
