Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Sydney within 2 working days from receipt of your order.

Each order will shipped via STANDARD delivery. We use couriers only and select the courier that offers the best service to your area.

Free shipping applies for orders over $175.  We offer a subsidised shipping rate of $19 for orders under $130 and $9 for orders between $131 and $175. Please note some exceptions may apply and if applicable you will be advised at the time of making your order.

Please note that sale items DO NOT qualify for free shipping.  If you have sale items within your overall purchase we will contact you to provide a quote for the additional freight required (even if your order value is at the free shipping level).

By choosing STANDARD delivery you are accepting the following terms: 
— The address you enter cannot be a PO Box or Parcel Locker
— The address you enter cannot be changed, ie. Redirection to another address will not be accepted 
— If you are not at home when the courier delivers, you are giving your permission to leave your parcel at your nominated address ("Authority to Leave")
